Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS
• Experience in working with auditors and consultants
• Experience in automatization of accounting processes and ERP implementation is a plus
• Experience in Caseware as advantage
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Can-do attitude toward challenges
• Willingness to solve 'out of the box' tasks
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records for several companies in different jurisdictions
• Making accounting entries, ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
• Manage accounts and reconcile complex bank statements
• Identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements in the accounting processes
• Provide information to external auditors, tax advisors and consultants, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Preparing and filing VAT in the UAE
• Analyze, prepare and maintain complex financial statements
