Summary

Join our team as a Senior Accountant and leverage your analytical skills to lead a team and oversee the company's financial activities, accounts receivable, and monthly invoicing process. You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting, preparing financial reports, managing expenses, and overseeing the monthly closing process. This role requires strong analytical and math skills, proficiency in QuickBooks online and SAP Concur, and the ability to lead a growing team. A CPA certification is strongly preferred. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 4-7 years of accounting experience
  • Strong analytical and math skills
  • General knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks online & SAP Concur
  • Ability to lead a growing team

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting and budgeting
  • Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage expense policy, internal controls, and processes
  • Oversee and manage the monthly closing process
  • Manage the billing process and analyze claims data used for invoicing
  • Implement procedures to ensure the accuracy of invoices
  • Tactfully acquire and manage account receivables actions
  • Manage annual operating budget and long-term forecast processes
  • Establish financial metrics and KPIs to track company progress
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
  • Establish & manage internal controls and processes
  • Be a resource to the CFO
  • Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need
  • Other essential duties as assigned
