Remote Senior Accountant

Summary

Join our team at Signature Analytics as we specialize in providing expert-level fractional accounting and business advisory solutions to small and middle-market businesses and nonprofits across the United States. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong problem-solving skills, communication, project management, client relationship management, and innovative thinking.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• Client service experience, preferred
• Mix of public and private accounting experience, preferred
• CPA, CMA or MBA designation, preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with Sage, NetSuite, QBO, Bill, Expensify, or in-house accounting software for AP/AR a plus
• Ability to learn and adapt to various accounting software quickly is essential
• Advanced user of Excel

Responsibilities

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and changing project scopes
• Transition between clients across various industries, each with its own unique set of circumstances
• Be resourceful with each client and their technology stack
• Balance what is achievable when moving from one client to another and having to quickly shift focus, review priorities, and adjust to shifting deadlines and deliverables
