Summary
Join Saltbox, a logistics company supporting e-commerce businesses, as their Accounts Receivables Specialist! This role involves managing member accounts, including onboarding, offboarding, and adjustments, as well as member billing, data adjustments, and resolving billing-related tickets. You will process payments for a large portfolio, prepare collection reports, monitor accounts for irregularities, maintain electronic files, and prepare bank deposits. The position requires strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. This is a remote position with US shift timings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in accounts, account receivables and other billing-related tasks
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role
- Experience with workspace management systems, preferable OfficeRnD
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High technical competence in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
Responsibilities
- Process payments for 1,500 plus unit portfolio
- Prepare receivable collection report
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Maintain electronic accounts receivable customer files and records
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc
- Prepare bank deposits
- Process adjustments, tenant move-ins and deposit refunds
- Assist with month-end closing
- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Special projects and reporting as needed
