Senior Affiliate Manager

Summary

The job is for a Senior Affiliate Manager at Xtended Gaming. The role involves leading affiliate marketing efforts to optimize revenue streams, attract new partners, and elevate brand visibility. Requirements include 3 years of relevant experience in iGaming, proficiency in English, skills in using platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and affiliate platforms, and a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming, having at least 1 year with a focus on building and scaling affiliate activity
• Native or professional level of English is required

Responsibilities

• Plan and run large scale affiliate activity across multiple markets
• Develop and manage affiliate relationships and create plans for focus regions
• Lead on the discovery, communication, execution of deals and measurement of this activity
• Develop campaign briefs and partner with internal teams to develop content plans where relevant across our affiliate portfolio
• Manage budgets and optimize accordingly
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful campaigns
• Monitor the competitive landscape to constantly identify new affiliate marketing opportunities
• Support with other ad-hoc tasks as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• A second language is beneficial but not required
• Strong skills and experience in platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, SimilarWeb etc as well as frequent use of affiliate platforms e.g. NetRefer/Income Access/Affilka
• Understanding of industry, product, geographical, legal and infrastructure opportunities/challenges
