Summary

Join Constant Contact as a Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy and play a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, or strategic consulting role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or MarTech environment
  • Proven ability to develop executive and board presentations, supported by an exceptional proficiency in synthesizing complex information with acute attention to detail
  • Proven experience with market research and competitive analysis, with ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into relevant insights
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including proven experience building robust financial models and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Exceptional ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong time management skills with ability to adapt with rapidly changing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (GSuite)

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic analysis : Lead both qualitative and quantitative analysis in support of strategic initiatives. Example activities include market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and data and tending analysis
  • Track strategic initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external teams to track strategic initiatives, strategic partnership activities, and M&A efforts
  • Develop executive presentation: Prepare presentations, executive briefs, and fact packs for executive and BoD updates

Think-Cell experience is preferred
