The role involves configuring and maintaining Salesforce and integrated GTM systems, implementing enhancement requests, supporting operational processes, executing system changes, monitoring data quality, troubleshooting issues, assisting in documentation, and contributing to cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Salesforce Administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration; Salesforce Admin certification strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with GTM workflows such as account and opportunity management, territory design, and lead routing
  • Ability to translate business needs into system configuration requirements with minimal guidance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, with a service-oriented approach to internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce and integrated GTM systems (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, etc.), ensuring reliability, data integrity, and performance
  • Triage and implement enhancement requests in Salesforce by working closely with RevOps, Sales, and other stakeholders
  • Support operational processes including territory updates, quota uploads, account ownership changes, and planning cycles
  • Execute system changes such as custom fields, validation rules, workflows, and automation to reflect evolving business needs
  • Monitor and maintain data quality standards, helping implement validation logic and supporting governance efforts
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide front-line support to GTM users while enabling self-serve adoption and process adherence
  • Assist in documenting processes and updating user guides to support training and enablement efforts
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects related to process automation, CRM enhancements, and GTM system scalability

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of RevOps tools such as Gong, Hubspot or ZoomInfo is a strong asset
