Remote Senior Analyst

Summary

The Senior Global Commercial and Pricing Analyst will be responsible for maintaining a global pricing function, developing pricing strategies, and identifying opportunities to optimize sales and profitability. The role requires strong PC skills, finance or accounting experience, and the ability to influence internal stakeholders. Verra Mobility is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• Must have strong PC (Microsoft Office) experience and advanced Excel proficiency
• 3 or more years finance or accounting experience in similar roles
• Must possess the ability to influence internal stakeholders and be able to drive decisions across an organization
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work and communicate professionally
• Ability to discern and satisfy sales and account management objectives while maintaining independence and integrity within the pricing function

Responsibilities

• Maintain an efficient and sustainable global pricing function that oversees the growth of profitable new business
• Develop cost models via effective engagement with business owners or existing assumptions-based methodologies and propose pricing and margins as a driver to meet business unit financial results
• Assist in the determination of a pricing strategy and price formulation across all products, solutions and services in global markets and channels
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through pricing strategies
• Maintain key relationships across the business to facilitate a collaborative approach to pricing, a focus on winning

Preferred Qualifications

• Conducting expert reviews, or breakdowns of scoring methodologies
• Must thrive in a fluid, fast paced environment
• Strong negotiation skills required, including the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions
• Experience making process improvements and driving continuous improvement utilizing current technologies
