Summary

Join Stellar Health's Provider Success Team as a Senior Provider Success Associate and work directly with primary care providers and medical groups. You will drive engagement and performance outcomes, integrating the Stellar Health platform into daily workflows. Responsibilities include onboarding groups, using analytical tools to assess performance, partnering with account management, translating provider needs into product insights, designing engagement strategies, and developing operational best practices. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in a healthcare-oriented field, experience in relationship management, sales, or customer success, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, data analysis abilities, and proficiency in Excel and GSuite/Office365. The salary range is $100,000-$120,000 with a quarterly performance-based bonus. Stellar offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of professional experience in a healthcare oriented field
  • Prior experience in a healthcare/healthtech environment
  • Prior experience in relationship management, sales, or customer success
  • Drive to succeed - sees problems and barriers as opportunities
  • Great interpersonal skills - communicates value clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to build relationships and influence behaviors
  • Ability to think strategically and and critically to solve tough problems
  • Can glean insights and make decisions based on data
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Prior experience with GSuite or Office365 is required

Responsibilities

  • Work with a slate of Medical Groups and the providers, practice managers, and care team staff members who work at a Group to integrate the Stellar Health platform into a Group’s day to day workflows
  • Work with Provider Implementations to ensure a group is effectively onboarded and bought-in to the Stellar Program
  • Use analytical tools and qualitative insights to assess practice performance over time and guide improvement on specific goals
  • Partner closely with account management counterparts to align provider performance with key customer success metrics
  • Translate in-depth understanding of provider and practice staff needs into critical insights for product development
  • Design strategies to help get different types of providers to engage more successfully with Stellar and deliver better outcomes
  • Develop internal operational best practices for practice performance management
  • Act as a Stellar Ambassador with clients and with other healthcare stakeholders
