Summary

CarOffer is seeking a Senior Associate, Sales Enablement to assist in building and executing the learning strategy for revenue teams. The role involves designing and instructing a learning strategy, developing creative training programs and materials, and collaborating with product management and marketing teams. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or related fields is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or learning and development roles

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy tailored to the needs of the revenue organization
• Craft and develop creative, performance-based training programs and materials in multiple modalities
• Meet with subject matter authorities, product managers, and appropriate functional/senior leaders to align on expected post-training outcomes
• Partner with product management and marketing teams to obtain the latest information about product releases, updates, and pricing changes
