Summary
Join ShopBack, a leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform in Asia-Pacific, as an Advertising Sales Manager. You will be responsible for driving revenue by selling ShopBack's Ads Solution to brands and agencies. This role involves consulting with clients on media planning, budget allocation, and optimization, forging relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle. You will also be responsible for generating revenue from developmental sales lists, interacting with internal departments to fulfill client requirements, and providing basic ad layout and design assistance. Requirements
- 4 -6 years of relevant experience in the Advertising Sales industry (experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural aptitude to communicating clear solutions to complex problems
- Strong skills and proper use of Excel & Powerpoint
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute long-term strategies for driving revenue stream with brands and agencies by selling the Ads Solution from ShopBack
- Consult global brands and their media agencies on media planning, budget allocation and optimization of each marketing channel
- Use data/reports to make presentations and recommendations to clients
- Forge relationships with key decision-makers within the brands and advocate ShopBackβs solution offerings
- Understanding on how to input rate card, key performance indexes, and any other sales-related functions
- Manage the full sales-cycle including; prospecting, fact-finding, presenting, negotiating, and closing key agency and brand accounts
- Manage and generate revenue from developmental sales list
- Interact with various internal departments to carry out client requirements such as scheduling advertising
- React to inbound customer requests via phone and online
- Use phone and email, and make occasional face-to-face sales calls
- Develop relationships for long-term growth
- Assist customers with basic ad layout and design and develop spec ads
