Requirements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation
- Fluency in both English and Japanese languages is required
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the Japanese market to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Identify and prioritize key business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth, particularly within the enterprise sector
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business expansion and collaboration
- Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in Japan to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning
- Represent Arbitrum Foundation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership
