Requirements
- Bachelor or equivalent degree
- 8 β 10 years of business development or sales experience in a SaaS or technology driven environment preferably with the compliance, consumer health or life sciences industries
- Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Data driven approach to decision making and strategy development
- Experience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to engage with and persuade decision makers
- Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficient in sales stack, Salesforce etc
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment
- Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling focusing on mid-size to enterprises in our two vertical industries
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos tailored to client requirement and pain points
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients within target industries
- Partner closely with the marketing team to manage and nurture leads generated through them
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools ensuring timely follow up, nurturing and conversion of leads
- Lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring terms are favourable for all stakeholders resulting in closing deals
- Work closely with marketing, product, customer success and regulatory content team to ensure alignment between client needs and RegASKβs solutions
- Work with presales team to develop proposals to be sent to clients
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status and business development activities providing regular updates to senior management, using CRM tools
