Summary
Join Payoneer as a Senior Business Development Manager in Taipei! This hybrid contract role focuses on identifying and securing new prospects in cross-border eCommerce and export sectors. You will build tailored solutions, foster strategic partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals. Success requires a strong sales track record, pipeline management skills, and proven problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate is driven, collaborative, and possesses excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English. A Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 8+ years of relevant experience are essential.
Requirements
- Strong Track Record – The candidate will have a strong successful track record of sales performance
- Strong pipeline management - The candidate will have a strong successful track record of sales performance
- Driven, energetic and passionate. Able to build an initiative and willing to take challenge. Open to new ideas and methods of working, and great at getting feedback and responding to it
- Problem Solving – The candidate will have strong problem-solving capabilities to deal with uncertainties. Ability to juggle multiple objectives, projects and tasks, while sticking to tight deadlines
- Collaborative – The candidate will work closely with business teams, China and global teams. As a relationship builder who intuitively knows how to gain trust of business counterparts
- Bachelor’s degree and above (MBA is plus) – economics, business, finance, and engineering is preferred
- 8 + years’ experience in sales, business development or consulting
- Access to industry related resources is MUST
- Excellent in Chinese, professional in English writing and speaking skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Identify potential prospects through acquisition channels and industry key stakeholders
- Build solution based proposal to cross boarder eCommerce sellers and exporters
- Able to understand, engage and build strategic alignment and initiatives with partners to drive business results based on the mutual goals
- Closely work with internal teams to deliver results
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the industry of eCommerce, SaaS business, Digital media is preferred
