Requirements

  • Have experience and a proven track record in sales or business development (staffing industry experience is a plus)
  • Possess a natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships
  • Have a competitive edge and the motivation to exceed goals
  • Have experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and CRM tools
  • Possess excellent organization and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to spark new opportunities
  • Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and turn interest into customers
  • Build trust and rapport with clients, becoming their go-to for staffing solutions
  • Keep your sales pipeline healthy and moving by consistently identifying and engaging prospects
  • Work with our team to develop and refine sales strategies that meet (and exceed) targets
  • Use CRM tools to stay organized and provide regular updates on your performance
