Senior Business Development Representative

Summary

Join Outwork Staffing as a Senior Business Development Representative and play a key role in driving company growth. You will focus on outbound prospecting (70%), inbound lead management (30%), building client relationships, developing sales pipelines, collaborating with the team, and tracking performance. This fully remote position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission. The ideal candidate possesses proven sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, a competitive drive, and experience with CRM tools. A three-month probationary period applies, and the position is currently a 1099 contractor role.

Requirements

• Have experience and a proven track record in sales or business development (staffing industry experience is a plus)
• Possess a natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships
• Have a competitive edge and the motivation to exceed goals
• Have experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and CRM tools
• Possess excellent organization and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to spark new opportunities
• Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and turn interest into customers
• Build trust and rapport with clients, becoming their go-to for staffing solutions
• Keep your sales pipeline healthy and moving by consistently identifying and engaging prospects
• Work with our team to develop and refine sales strategies that meet (and exceed) targets
• Use CRM tools to stay organized and provide regular updates on your performance
