Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the Infosec or B2B SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals in a goal-oriented sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Familiarity with BANT qualification and other sales methodologies
  • ABM skills and experience in developing and executing targeted prospecting tactics for key accounts

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential customers within the SaaS industry
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to gather insights into the needs and challenges of prospects
  • Leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) skills to develop targeted strategies for engaging key accounts and decision-makers
  • Explore, experiment and implement a tailored SDR playbook for the US market to drive successful prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align efforts and optimize outreach strategies
  • Integrate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics into the playbook for personalized and targeted engagement with key accounts
  • Proactively contact prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and other communication channels to schedule high-quality meetings
  • Tailor communication to effectively communicate the value proposition of Sprinto's compliance automation platform
  • Conduct thorough BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification of leads to ensure efficient use of sales resources and identify use cases before the demo call
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide detailed, accurate information for further engagement
  • Foster and nurture long-term relationships with prospects through consistent communication and understanding of their evolving needs
