• Strong verbal/written skills for rapport building and tailored messaging
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts to changing sales strategies
• Works well with sales, marketing, and leadership to drive results
• Self-motivated with a data-driven focus on meeting targets and improving outcomes

Responsibilities

• Prospect Research: Identify potential mid-market SaaS customers using ABM strategies to target key accounts
• Develop SDR Playbook: Create a tailored playbook for effective prospecting and lead generation
• Quality Meeting Setup: Schedule high-quality meetings via phone, email, and LinkedIn, articulating Sprinto's value
• BANT Qualification: Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline, ensuring quality handoffs to sales
• Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships, positioning Sprinto as the preferred compliance automation solution
