Summary
Join Schoox as a senior BDR and be on the sales frontlines, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This mission-critical role ensures a healthy sales pipeline. You will receive support from the entire Schoox family and contribute to an ethical and inclusive organization. Expand the sales footprint by identifying target contacts and adding them to outbound campaigns using various tools. Maintain accurate data entry and notes in internal systems. Qualify and convert inbound leads from different sources. Understand industry drivers to generate interest in Schoox and set up qualified meetings. Execute micro-campaigns to set up meetings for AEs. Exceed quarterly goals for sales accepted opportunities. The role requires 2+ years of BDR or AE experience in SaaS, specifically within HR or learning and talent management, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. A hunter mentality, proficiency with Salesforce.com and similar tools, and a robust LinkedIn presence are also essential.
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous BDR or AE experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) space (specifically within human resources and/or learning and talent management) with proven achievements or surpassing quota
- Sharp business acumen, impeccable work ethic, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be willing to help/partner with others
- Must love being on the phone for a minimum of 2 hours daily talking to our prospects
- Need to be active on LinkedIn - posting, engaging, and must have a robust connection network
- Adopt a “CEO of your own business” mentality and come to the role daily with a competitive spirit and hunger for success
- Have a ‘hunter mentality’ which requires discipline, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive working remotely full time
- We require previous experience using a similar tech stack like Salesforce.com , Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Nooks
Responsibilities
- Expand our sales footprint by identifying and adding appropriate target contacts, based on our ideal customer profile, to outbound campaigns using ZoomInfo, LI Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Gong Engage, and our parallel dialer Nooks
- Maintain internal systems with accurate and timely data entry and notes
- Qualify and convert inbound leads from demo requests, events, and marketing campaigns within a set of accounts you are actively pursuing
- Understand industry drivers and hot buttons in learning management and talent development to educate, build relationships, generate interest in Schoox, and set up qualified meetings with your prospects via emails, calls, and LinkedIn
- Execute micro-campaigns, in partnership with sales and marketing leadership, in your territories to set up meetings for your AEs
- Exceed quarterly goals for sales accepted opportunities

- The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location
- For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the on target earning potential (base + monthly commission) is expected to be between $75,000 - $103,000 a year
- The offered compensation may also include restricted stock options
