Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree from an accredited 4-year institution
- 5+ years of demonstrated high performance in management consulting and/or Business Operations and Strategy-based roles
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and GSheets/Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to break down complex problems into smaller, discrete chunks
- Experience in building trust and collaborating effectively alongside multiple stakeholders and executives in a fast moving environment
Responsibilities
- Guide some of the companyโs most impactful, diverse and complex, strategic cross-functional projects across departments
- Deliver on projects aligned with Rula's highest priorities and initiatives
- Execute the work necessary to take projects from concept to delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience at a high growth startup
- Familiarity in leveraging Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) to drive and communicate insights
- Expertise in directly running or overseeing planning process / project management
- Experience in launching a new product, business line, and/or initiative from ideation to delivery
