Summary

Join Whatnot, the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, as a Business Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for Categories and Expansion teams. You'll identify strong candidates, find new sources of talent, screen candidates, juggle multiple roles, assist with developing job posts, and cultivate relationships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of GTM/Business recruiting experience in high-growth startups or at fast-paced companies of scale
• Previously evaluated candidates for a range of business roles, across multiple levels, including GTM leadership
• Comfortable operating as a full-stack recruiter
• Sourcer at heart
• Comfortable with ownership
• Provide an incredible candidate experience
• Extremely organized and can balance multiple competing priorities
• Data-focused
• Champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices
