Summary

Industrious Labs is seeking a Senior Campaign Analyst to join their team and lead research, data, and analytic work for their new Clean Heat initiative. The role involves designing and interpreting climate and energy models, communicating analysis to various audiences, and collaborating with partners. The successful candidate should have an energy systems background, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to Industrious Labs' mission.

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of increasing responsibility in data and analytics with exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and modeling experience
• Familiarity with analyzing power system data from NREL, EIA, and EPA
• Demonstrated experience with statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, or Stata and visualization software like GIS, Tableau, Plotly, or other
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Design and lead research, data, and analytic work supporting the Clean Heat initiative
• Communicate analysis to non-technical audiences in reports and presentations
• Contribute expert testimony, analysis, and comments to regulatory processes
• Oversee and contribute to the development of a techno-economic boilers and process heater inventory
• Measure, track, and report the impact of the Clean Heat initiative

• Outstanding project management abilities to ensure strong collaboration of campaigns and projects
• Entrepreneurial drive to build an organization from the ground up; prior start-up experience as an early team member in a growing organization
