Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including field, campaigns, or demand generation roles in EMEA
- Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing plans that deliver against pipeline and revenue goals
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with regional sales teams
- Excellent project management and organizational skills β able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop compelling messaging and localize content for regional audiences
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program impact and optimizing for results
- Comfortable working independently and proactively in a high-growth, global organization
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated campaign plans tailored to EMEA market needs, driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Partner with Sales and SDR teams to align marketing activities to target accounts and sales motions
- Plan and manage field marketing programs, including events (owned and third-party), account-based initiatives, executive dinners, webinars, and partner co-marketing
- Localize global campaigns and messaging to ensure relevance and impact in key EMEA regions
- Track, analyze, and optimize program performance to ensure marketing contribution to pipeline and bookings targets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment
- Manage vendors, budgets, and timelines to deliver high-quality programs on schedule and within budget
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology
- Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and ABM platforms
- Additional European languages beyond English
