Summary

This full-time position offers an opportunity to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for industrial packaging categories. Key responsibilities include developing a category strategy, conducting negotiations, managing procurement initiatives, and contributing to the company's indirect strategy. Responsibilities

• Developing a robust category strategy and approved plan
• Leading the deployment of the strategy and prioritizing procurement initiatives
• Conducting fact-based negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting
• Managing procurement initiatives in alignment with stakeholders and cross-functional partners
• Focal point for key suppliers, including contract management
• Facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration among category managers and buyers
