Requirements

  • 5+ years of ad tech experience with a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and mobile app programmatic monetization
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies
  • Experience working with clients (specifically in-app publishers), product, and engineering teams - with the ability to break down complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong awareness for technical account problem solving - including analytic, QA, and troubleshooting
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • A passion for figuring out solutions to complex business problems faced by clients
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Eagerness to work in a dynamic environment that will be rapidly changing
  • Professional demeanor
  • Experience in advocating for customer issues or needs while informing internal product decisions
  • BS or BA required & advanced degree desirable
  • Familiarity with monetization on iOS and Android
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues and resolution via email, phone, video-conference, and in-person

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a book of business of publisher in-app accounts by offering outstanding service and strategic recommendations
  • Responsible for relationship management of existing deals and clients
  • Own enterprise clientele in both gaming and non-gaming categories
  • Create an end-to-end strategy for new customer setup, new product implementation, working proactively with the sales/engineering team to develop the right solution for customers
  • Be the main point of strategic conversations for programmatic monetization
  • Proactively analyze large data sets of publisher performance metrics to understand trends, run backend yield optimizations, and make recommendations to customers to drive revenue
  • Work closely with the programmatic sales and operations team
  • Work with engineering to troubleshoot/resolve technical issues
  • Monitor changes in key metrics, analyze performance trends and provide on-going reviews to publishers
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Nimbus' product suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with performance advertising and/or mobile gaming advertising
  • Experience working with Google Ad Manager
  • Experience working with Header bidding or Auction dynamics
  • In-app programmatic monetization experience
  • Familiarity with SDK functionality
  • Have worked in a startup environment or part of a lean team

Benefits

  • $90,000 - $125,000 a year
