Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in rebate management, finance, or channel sales operations, preferably in a global context
  • Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus
  • Knowledge of compliance and audit standards related to rebate management
  • Expertise working with Salesforce Sales Cloud (SFDC)
  • Familiarity with Data Loader and/or other Data Import tools
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Hands-on experience with developing dashboard and reports in Salesforce
  • Perform and maintain data quality on ERP and CRM systems that provide better business and financial reporting accuracy
  • Experience with managing projects in Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor our Global rebate performance
  • Analyze rebate data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Support the end-to-end process for rebate management, including calculation, validation, and timely payment of rebates
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Sales Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate execution of rebate agreements and resolve any rebate-related issues
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all contractual rebate terms and conditions
  • Support Finance with accruals, forecasting, and budgeting activities related to rebates
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of rebate payouts to the Finance team
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for rebate processes
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on rebate processes and tools
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of rebate programs
  • Support strategic decision-making by delivering insights into rebate performance and trends
  • Contribute to the development of new rebate programs that align with the organization's strategic goals
  • Ensure all rebate activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and audit standards
  • Support internal and external audits related to rebate processes and payments
  • Develop quality reports and dashboards in SFDC based on requirements and requests
  • Perform additional data analyst duties and departmental coverage as assigned
