Summary
Join SentinelOne's fast-growing Commercial Sales team in the UK&I region as a Senior Commercial Sales Representative. You will be responsible for generating revenue from commercial accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with channel partners. This role requires 3+ years of direct sales experience in software, a proven track record of closing deals, and strong communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and exceeding revenue targets. Requirements
- Fluent in English , with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the UK&I market and customer landscape
- 3+ years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving territory growth
- Experience selling into the commercial segment (50–1,500 employees)
- Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, from inbound qualification to executive-level negotiations
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a competitive edge and high level of self-motivation
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a full-cycle sales process — from prospecting to closing — with decision-makers at mid-sized organizations
- Collaborate closely with channel partners, field sales, and internal stakeholders to maximize territory potential
- Grow and manage a healthy pipeline by leveraging a variety of lead sources and outbound strategies
- Develop deep product and market expertise to clearly articulate the value of SentinelOne’s solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and our competitive landscape to sharpen your consultative selling approach
- Consistently hit and exceed your revenue targets with precision forecasting and pipeline management
- Provide timely and accurate weekly forecasts and sales insights to leadership
- Work remotely from the UK&I
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or through channel partners is strongly preferred
- Cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage, but not essential
