Summary

Unite Us is seeking a dynamic Senior Communications Writer to drive internal and external communications, develop and maintain internal communication platforms, and support organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate has exceptional writing and editing skills, experience managing company-wide content management and intranet, and a keen understanding of employer branding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication or other similar field with 4+ years of experience
• Experience managing company-wide content management and intranet

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal communication platforms
• Craft and execute impactful messaging that keeps the team informed and motivated
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to create and manage strategies for customer communications across the customer journey
• Provide guidance and support to senior leadership in crafting effective communication messages for internal audiences
• Collaborate with the market-facing teams to keep the company informed and engaged about industry happenings
• Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal and market facing communication efforts
• Collaborate with various departments and teams to support organizational change initiatives
