Summary
Join Mozilla as a Compensation Analyst and contribute to the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. You will conduct market analysis, collaborate with leadership to develop job profiles, participate in annual compensation planning, design salary schedules, and prepare compensation materials. This role requires a BA/BS degree, 5+ years of global compensation experience, proficiency in Excel, and experience with compensation surveys. Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 5+ years global compensation experience
- Experience with Radford and other compensation surveys and ability to translate data into easily understandable and applicable programming
- Experience handling shifting priorities and multitasking in a deadline oriented environment. Ability to work efficiently and optimally in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Strong Excel expertise
- Strong interpersonal skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Ability to understand complex concepts and make reasoned decisions with sometimes-imperfect data
- Results driven and detail oriented
- Strong sense of accountability and motivation
Responsibilities
- Identify and participate in compensation benchmarking, interact with partner consulting organizations, and conduct analyses on market data
- Work with Functional leadership to develop job profiles for new Functions or Disciplines
- Participate in annual total compensation planning to include system testing, data audits, and exception management
- Design, develop, and update global salary schedules
- Work with Talent Acquisition to price roles according to market, maintain global salary schedules
- Prepare offer templates and executive compensation materials for distribution
- Model compensation scenarios and build tools to improve efficiency
- Research industry trends and best practices and make recommendations as needed
