Summary

Join Fetch Rewards as the Go-To-Market Activation Lead for the newly built AI and Data Solutions function. You will be responsible for launching AI-powered insights and marketing platforms, managing Alpha/Beta launches, sales enablement, and cross-functional rollout plans. This role requires close collaboration with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams. The position is full-time and can be based in a US office or remotely. Requirements

  • GTM, product marketing, or program lead from a scaled enterprise or martech company
  • Experience launching and scaling marketing, insights, or retail media products in CPG, AdTech, Retail Media or Mar Tech Platforms
  • Highly executional and comfortable owning multi-threaded pilot programs across functions
  • Skilled collaborator with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Strong project manager who can prioritize and execute in fast-paced environments
  • Passionate about insights, campaign performance, and enabling commercial teams

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day Alpha/Beta operations: client selection, onboarding, measurement, and success criteria
  • Partner closely with Sales and Sales Specialists to support deal cycles, run product demos, and enable co-selling
  • Build playbooks, pitch materials, and training content to scale knowledge across GTM teams
  • Design and deliver KPI dashboards to track early client success, feature usage, and conversion
  • Structure and run feedback loops with clients to identify friction and accelerate roadmap input
  • Partner with Marketing to support new feature launches, early case studies, and go-to-market campaigns
  • Manage cross-functional program timelines and ensure executional alignment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AdTech, Retail Media, or Analytics
  • SaaS Experience
