Summary

Join Pleo's growing analytics team as a Senior Data Analyst and partner with product teams to leverage data for product development and growth. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and product performance, design and analyze A/B tests, and create self-serve product analytics. Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and contribute to data-driven product development. Support data governance initiatives and foster a culture of knowledge sharing. This role requires a strong product analytics background, advanced SQL skills, experience with data visualization and product analytics tools, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • Are an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong product analytics background, ideally in a fintech/SaaS company
  • Possess advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling tools, particularly dbt and BigQuery
  • Have deep experience with data visualization tools, specifically Looker and LookML, and product analytics tools such as Amplitude
  • Have a customer-centric approach to solving business problems, using data to improve customer experience
  • Have strong statistical knowledge, with experience in experimentation at scale
  • Are passionate about building high-quality, robust, and user-friendly dashboards and tools for diverse stakeholders
  • Harness your understanding of business and product strategy, to provide actionable, insightful recommendations
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your work, with ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with close attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and product performance data to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks, and translate those findings into actionable insights
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize product features and improve user engagement, ensuring statistical rigor and validity
  • Identify and deliver scalable methods of providing self-serve product analytics empowering product teams to make data-driven decisions that lead to faster iteration cycles and improved product outcomes
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers needs and experiences to identify opportunities to improve customer experience CX
  • Contribute to identification, development and delivery of data-driven products
  • Supporting our data governance initiatives, aligning measurement and metrics across business areas domains
  • Engaging with data colleagues and peers to foster a culture of cross-team learning and knowledge sharing
