You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, design and implement scalable processes, and make key decisions. Responsibilities include quote management, PO approvals, invoice and payment management, license controls, pre-sales to post-sales handover process ownership, partner margin-based pricing structure, deal process standardization, RFP and procurement support, and CS resource planning. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, confident decision-making skills, proficiency in process design, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple control points and identifying discrepancies (audit experience preferred)
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to balance flexibility and strict policy adherence in approval processes
- Proficient in process design, with the ability to analyze systems, workflows, and relationships to create scalable solutions
- Flexible working hours, especially during high-demand periods like quarter-ends, and adaptable to US time zones
- Excellent English proficiency and communication skills for frequent cross-team collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and solution-oriented team player with a "can-do" attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and departments
Responsibilities
- Have extended authority for discount approvals and quotation management, analyze discount rates based on sales models and products and report non-standard discount rates to top management. Compare Pricebook, price, product, license date comparison, etc for all sales deals
- Check and approve all aspects of the POs such as invoice/license details, payment term, license start dates, legal agreement requirements, etc. Support teams with missing information proactively
- Building data-based invoice and payment tracking structures to support the finance team
- Building standard rule sets for licensing, automating license and license certification generation, having full authority on approving license change requests
- Supporting and enhancing the handover process in all aspects and tracking the status of customer accounts and guiding relevant teams on the next actions and expectations
- Building flexible pricing options in SFDC with the extended team for different requirements and regional differences
- Standardizing, maintaining and documenting all deal related processes such as approval processes, legal requirements, steps that sales teams needs to complete, etc
- Support sales teams on RFP and procurement-related requirements, align with relevant functions, track deadlines and progress
- Track activity and deal volumes and inform and support relevant decision-makers in terms of resource planning by understanding, measuring and forecasting the workforce requirement
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SaaS business models and industry metrics is a plus
