Responsibilities

• Team leadership and people management
• Project management (scheduling, agile processes and ceremonies)
• Stakeholder management
• Risks, compliance & policy management
• Performance monitoring
• Cross-site & functional collaboration
• Strategic planning for each account, including staffing strategy for new projects
• Mentoring team members
• Quality and performance oversight
• Build and maintain close relationships with customer delivery executives (e.g., Engineering Directors and VPs) to foster long-term relationships that drive growth
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to identify and create new opportunities, as well as mitigate risks
• Understand our business, understand the client’s business and industry, identify opportunities and bottlenecks, and actively solve them
