The ideal candidate possesses relevant Agile delivery management experience in a consulting environment, proven experience with Agile or Lean delivery at scale, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Relevant Agile delivery management experience within a consulting business environment
- Ability to lead Agile projects within a cross-functional environment
- Proven experience of Agile or Lean delivery at scale, across the product development lifecycle
- Agile delivery management skills and understanding of product-centric planning
- Experience with Pre-Sales
- Hands-on experience in SDLC and non-SDLC projects in emerging technologies
- Technical project management experience
- Experience in delivering Software Development, Data or Cloud Migration projects
- Proficiency in Jira, or equivalent software approaches
- Strong communication and stakeholder management at all levels of an organisation
- Strong collaboration across delivery teams to define and refine delivery approaches
Responsibilities
- Actively establishing, building and maturing relationships with new customers
- Delivering effectivity and creating new opportunities
- Drive Agile or Hybrid projects forward on time, to budget and best quality
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Weekly overview and delivery assurance meeting
- Standard Delivery Manager duties including project scope, detailed project work-plan, RAID analysis, governance, documentation and risk management
- Establish and mature delivery management optimising the delivery process
- Manage the alignment of roadmaps and coordination of releases across teams
- Resource management to ensure functional teams capable of delivering
- Define and refine delivery mechanisms
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Agile delivery or programme management accreditation
