Summary

Join 15Five as a Senior Demand Generation Manager and contribute to the development and execution of the Demand Generation strategy. You will be responsible for building and optimizing high-quality sales pipelines, focusing on both new customer acquisition and expansion. This role demands innovative thinking, a data-driven approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales Development, Content Marketing, and Product Marketing, to ensure seamless lead handoffs and aligned messaging. The position requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS pipeline creation, modern full-funnel GTM, and marketing automation tools like HubSpot. Success in this role hinges on your ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize processes, and drive pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with a proven track record of pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience in high-velocity startup or scale-up environments (ARR <$100M, high growth)
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, campaign reporting, lead scoring, attribution modeling, and nurture workflows
  • Strong understanding of modern full-funnel GTM, with experience across paid, organic, events, and lifecycle marketing
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline generation across paid, organic, outbound assist, and lifecycle channels in alignment with GTM goals
  • Build and launch integrated campaigns that drive net-new acquisition and move prospects through the funnel
  • Design and scale nurture programs that increase engagement and conversion velocity
  • Partner closely with Sales Development to ensure seamless lead handoffs, aligned messaging, and feedback loops
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing to create campaign assets optimized for funnel performance
  • Support content optimization for SEO, engagement metrics, and conversion
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and take action to improve ROI
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness
  • Implement audience segmentation and personalization strategies to increase engagement and funnel efficiency
  • Own HubSpot for campaign execution, email workflows, lead scoring, and attribution modeling
  • Continuously improve and optimize campaign operations, lead flows, and tracking infrastructure to improve performance per dollar
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales, RevOps, Account Management, and Digital Engagement teams to align campaign strategy with GTM motions
  • Embrace and execute against the modern demand gen philosophy inspired by Chris Walker / Refine Labs

  • You live and breathe B2B SaaS pipeline creation —every decision starts with data, conversion, and ROI
  • You know the difference between demand creation and demand capture and can articulate your strategy for both
  • You regularly follow content from Revenue Vitals, Refine Labs, and other modern GTM thought leaders
  • You’re not here to "run what's already running"—you’re energized by building and optimizing programs that work at scale
  • You bring creativity and agility—equally comfortable in performance dashboards and creative brainstorms
  • You take extreme ownership of pipeline goals and drive alignment across GTM teams
