Summary

Requirements
- 6β9 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, or growth marketing
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline
- Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering with Sales, BDRs, and cross-functional marketing teams
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, 6Sense, Reachdesk, and digital marketing platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and partner relationships simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified CWs and accelerate pipeline conversion
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for your assigned segment, defining priorities, themes, and channel mix in partnership with Sales
- Launch and optimize ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tiers using tools like 6Sense
- Manage the execution of targeted partner campaigns, from co-branded content to joint events and referral programs
- Develop executive-level engagement plays such as CFO roundtables, high-touch direct mail, or vertical thought leadership initiatives
- Oversee third-party media relationships and paid programs that align with your campaign goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field, Events, Product Marketing, Content, and BDRs to align campaign assets and execution
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance via Salesforce and 6Sense, in partnership with Marketing Operations to ensure data accuracy and campaign attribution
- Provide guidance, mentorship, or oversight to other Demand Gen Managers or shared resources across overlapping initiatives
- Contribute to demand gen team processes, playbooks, and campaign standardization efforts
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, tech, or fast-paced growth environments is preferred
