Summary

Join Wpromote as a Growth & ABM Manager and drive demand generation through strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and growth marketing campaigns. You will leverage technology to engage key accounts, design and optimize programs, and partner with various teams. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing
  • A proven track record of building and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms, Salesforce (SFDC), and advanced ABM platforms (Demandbase strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and thrive in taking ownership to drive impact

Responsibilities

  • Designing and executing scalable 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns tailored to key verticals, personas, and buying stages to increase account engagement, generate qualified leads, and drive pipeline growth
  • Building and managing multi-channel campaigns leveraging paid and organic channels to activate target accounts
  • Identifying and executing data-driven tactics for lead nurturing, retargeting, and customer acquisition to drive net-new pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities
  • Utilizing Demandbase, SFDC, Clay, and other platforms to orchestrate, personalize, and measure campaigns effectively
  • Ensuring all campaigns are tracked with proper attribution models and UTM frameworks
  • Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance (lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline/revenue impact) and providing recommendations for optimization
  • Partnering with sales, content, and operations teams to align campaign objectives and messaging, ensuring seamless handoff and follow-up processes
  • Staying current with ABM, growth marketing, and martech best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in Wpromote’s demand generation efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an agency or high-growth SaaS/B2B environment
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution and lead scoring frameworks
  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging growth channels and tactics
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Goldcast, Hockeystack, and other martech platforms
