Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in content marketing, SEO, paid media, social media, and CRO
  • Experience managing and collaborating with SEO agencies
  • Strong proficiency with WordPress, including customization, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to measure success and identify opportunities
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Measurement

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Create and manage a content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and engages target audiences
  • Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
  • Manage relationships and performance with SEO agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and results
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and social media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage paid media budgets and track performance metrics to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI
  • Develop, execute, and adapt a social media strategy that builds brand awareness and drives engagement
  • Analyze website and landing page performance to identify areas for improvement and test strategies to optimize conversion rates, including A/B testing
  • Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot technical issues on the company’s WordPress websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance, security, and user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with broader business goals
