Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Travel throughout your region for on-site meetings, dinners and conferences
  • Manage and stimulate revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and implement strategic account and opportunity plans to drive revenue
  • Expertly manage the sales cycle in its entirety, from initial meeting & demo to contract negotiation & closing
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • Maintain current and accurate information in Salesforce
  • Work with internal team members to achieve optimum results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
  • Work with Customer Success to identify upsell opportunities
  • Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies, and vertical market growth within assigned accounts
