Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Proven success in a senior individual contributor role, responsible for both high-level strategy and hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity or a closely related enterprise software (SaaS) industry
  • A track record of building and executing marketing programs with and through channel partners
  • Strong, proven ability to collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and partner teams to achieve shared goals

Responsibilities

  • Own the go-to-market Central region field and channel marketing plan
  • Define, develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty
  • Integrated marketing programs may include: conferences, seminars, webinars, partner enablement, social media, direct mailer campaigns
  • Align with Sales VPs and Regional Directors as the strategic marketing partner of the Central sales team, ensuring tight interlock on goals and strategy
  • Identify and communicate key trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth
  • Establish programs or processes to enable customer success and support account expansion/cross-sell/upsell
  • Develop and execute a channel marketing strategy to enable, engage, and drive demand with and through our focus partners
  • Communicate marketing plans and campaign results effectively to sales and leadership stakeholders
  • Track program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics via SFDC and present to the regional AVP and marketing team
  • Manage and balance regional field marketing budget and spend
