Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive professional finance experience demonstrating increasing responsibility, scope, and leadership across FP&A or other finance functions
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in both excel and cloud-based FP&A planning tools like Adaptive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to effectively delegate work to team members

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for partnering with the Sales and Marketing Leadership team
• Focus on developing business models to help grow the topline metrics for the company
• Produce key financial and operational reporting for the business
• Collaborate with finance and business partners to deliver financial objectives; oversee monthly P&L reviews; and identify trends
• Lead departmental initiatives in continuous improvement of financial processes and the development of the team to achieve best practices
• Lead and mentor a high performing team
• Partner with the VP Finance, CRO and CMO to drive the annual planning process for the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in private-equity or public SaaS companies
• Ability to develop and present effective executive-level communications
