Summary
Join Immunovant, Inc., a clinical-stage immunology company, as their Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations. Lead the IT operations team, develop and execute IT strategy, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership, vendor management, and business acumen. You will oversee IT infrastructure, manage vendor relationships, and drive innovation and efficiency. The position is remote-based with 10% domestic or international travel required. The salary range is $260,000-$275,000 USD, plus equity and other compensation, including a full benefits package.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on IT Operations, vendor and infrastructure management
- A minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience managing people and teams
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, cloud services, and cybersecurity
- Proven experience in a regulated environment (e.g., biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead the IT operations team, including system administrators, network engineers, MSPs, and support staff
- Establish and maintain IT service management (ITSM) processes, including incident management, problem management, and change management
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of data by directing vendors to implement appropriate controls and best practices
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems
- Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure
- Manage the telecommunications infrastructure and equipment used in all Immunovant facilities
- Partner with cross-functional business IT teams to drive integration and alignment between IT systems and business processes
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Lead change management efforts related to the implementation of new systems or process improvements
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster a high-performance culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Knowledge of GxP and HIPAA is highly desired
- Experience in Start-ups a plus
