You will serve as a primary client relationship owner, driving strategic planning, budget allocation, and long-term media roadmaps. This position offers the opportunity to develop best practices, guide junior staff, and ensure continuous improvement in campaign performance and team capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years digital media leadership experience with 2+ years in a director-level role
- Proven track record developing innovative media strategies that drive business outcomes
- Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ad platforms is a must
- Experience managing and mentoring teams of 8+ professionals
- Executive presence with exceptional presentation and client communication skills
- Strategic expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, Programmatic, CTV, and emerging media channels
- Strong understanding of measurement methodologies, attribution modeling, and analytics platforms
- Experience with data management platforms and advanced audience targeting strategies
Responsibilities
- Ability to guide team members with implementing the strategy and executing the campaigns
- Serve as the senior client contact, presenting strategic recommendations to VP-level stakeholders
- Drive innovation in media strategy, identifying new channels, technologies, and approaches to maximize client ROI
- Oversee multiple campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization
- Create comprehensive measurement frameworks to demonstrate campaign impact and business outcomes
- Lead quarterly business reviews, providing strategic insights and recommendations for future investments
- Hands-on-keyboard approach to managing digital campaign execution and oversee/guide team members on day-to-day responsibilities
- Proactively monitor daily campaign performance to identify actionable optimisations and insights that maximize ROI, and fuel future investments
- Triage and escalate campaign and performance issues that arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure integrated campaign execution across creative, account, and analytics teams
