Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in user experience and product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in leading user experience and product strategy teams within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, product strategy, and customer journey mapping
• Proficiency in UX and strategy tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
