Summary
Join Fivetran as a UK Enterprise Sales Senior Director and lead all enterprise sales in the UK/Nordics/MAE region. You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, collaborating with various teams on go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include growing NEMEA Enterprise revenue, developing sales playbooks, standardizing sales processes, scaling the regional sales team, and driving key customer deals. This remote role, preferably based in London, requires 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have experience selling to large enterprises and be familiar with the data and modern data stack space.
Requirements
- 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience and well-developed pattern recognition for navigating complex organisation
- Experience managing high performing teams with a similar up and coming Enterprise GTM motion
- Proven experience selling into large Enterprise Organizations preferably Global 2000 and/or Fortune 500

Responsibilities
- Grow NEMEA (UKI, Nordics, Middle East and Africa) Enterprise revenue by around 40% YoY
- Support the development of Enterprise sales playbooks for the enterprise sales organization to support our shift to an upstream, land and expand, consumption-based business model
- Partner closely with BDM, Partner, Marketing and Technical pre- and post-sales teams on the enterprise GTM strategy including: target market, value proposition, competitive advantages, product roadmap, marketing strategy, partner strategy and business development strategy
- Standardize a repeatable sales processes around forecasting, metrics for success, outbounding (direct and through partners), and funnel creation to scale a productive and accountable commercial sales team
- Uplevel, hire, and scale the Regional enterprise sales team Hire and coach - create an environment of team efficacy and continuous scale and improvement
- Establish process to drive the repeatable sales motion with playbook
- Emphasize training programs using Command of the Message and MEDDPICC
- Get stuck in with key customers and deals to drive the business forward and ensure value realization
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally experience in the Data and Modern Data Stack space
- Ideally experience with consumption based pricing models
