Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong track record of successfully launching and managing products in a relevant industry
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management team in developing new products and enhancing existing ones
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform product strategies and customer needs
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
• Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team
• Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities in product management
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust product strategies
