Join Fetch Rewards as a Sr. Partner Director and build new relationships with a strategic CPG client in the Enterprise Household Essentials vertical. This full-time role, based in a US office or remotely, focuses on activating new leads, crafting proposals, and showcasing Fetch's value proposition to decision-makers. You will leverage data storytelling, demonstrate expert knowledge of Fetch's offerings, and collaborate with internal teams on media and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of digital media sales experience selling to CPGs or retail clients, with expertise in enterprise household essentials. Fetch offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $175,000-$200,000 and on-target earnings of $306,250-$350,000, plus equity, benefits, and a flexible work environment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of digital media sales experience
- Experience selling to CPGs (Consumer Packaged Goods) or retail clients
- Existing relevant vertical expertise in enterprise household essentials accounts with experience targeting relevant stakeholders such as senior-level marketing, media, and executive contacts
- Proficiency with Salesforce (similar tools to manage pipelines and reporting), Excel, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite
Responsibilities
- Activate and generate new leads with new or existing contacts with this partner. You will be responsible for contributing to revenue targets within your Pod
- Independently craft proposals and meet with prospects to share Fetch’s vision, strategy, and value proposition
- Leverage data and visual storytelling in proposals to show brand partners the power of Fetch in driving their business forward
- Sole point of influence for decision-makers on Fetch’s partner teams, showing brands the power of Fetch and guiding them to full partnership. You are highly comfortable engaging directly with executive leadership
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Fetch's offerings and tech/product/marketing pipeline. You know where Fetch is and where we're going with the depth to get new partners/brands to full partnership
- Work closely and collaboratively with Industry Lead and AMs (account managers) on media strategy, consumer promotion and loyalty strategy, programming, and campaign optimization
- Remain up-to-date on digital media/marketing industry trends, network, and demonstrate your subject matter expertise in the household essentials space to prospective partners
Preferred Qualifications
- You have demonstrated success in generating new leads from new or existing partners
- You’re meeting or exceeding goals around metrics such as new brands signed, new brands activated, new revenue generated, and brand penetration
- You embrace objections as opportunities for education and find solutions
- You are comfortable with various AI/LLM platforms (like ChatGPT and OpenAI) and integrate usage into your daily workstreams
- Experience with full-funnel sales cycles: From prospecting and discovery to closing and renewal
- Familiarity with MarTech and AdTech platforms: especially mobile-first or shopper marketing solutions
- Understanding of shopper marketing, loyalty programs, or consumer engagement strategies
- Knowledge of CPG buying cycles and retailer marketing dynamics
- Awareness of digital KPIs: Impressions, CTR, ROAS, brand lift, etc
