Summary

Join Neo4j as a Senior HR Business Partner and advise the Revenue organization's leadership team on best practices and innovative people strategies. Partner closely with leadership on employee engagement, performance management, and change management. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and ensure regulatory compliance. Support company-wide people initiatives and collaborate with the global People team to foster a culture of excellence. Provide counsel on complex employee relations and monitor employee engagement. This role requires 12+ years of senior HR experience, including 6+ years in a business partner/employee relations position, and a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in a senior HR role within a fast-paced organization (ideally in the tech sector) with at least 6 + years in a business partner/employee relations position
  • Prior experience of growth and organizational transformation with a GTM leadership team
  • Ability to support business goals with innovation and the policies and procedures to effect continual improvement in the development of the HR function
  • A strong communicator with the ability to prioritize and be hands-on
  • Effective coaching and facilitation skills and ability to influence colleagues at all levels
  • In depth knowledge of HR practices and initiatives, including local employment laws and regulations
  • Effective analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills, using data to influence decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative, flexible and adapt to a companyโ€™s evolving stages and needs within a complex and rapidly changing work environment
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main HR Business Partner to the Revenue organizationโ€™s leadership team by advising on best practices as well as supporting the development and implementation of innovative people strategies and initiatives
  • Partner closely with the leadership team on how to appropriately influence and support them in navigating processes and people practices (includes employee engagement and development, performance management, career progression, and change management)
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the Legal department as needed
  • Support the implementation of Company-wide people initiatives (includes performance reviews, engagement surveys, etc) within the business through communication, coaching and effective guidance of team leads and line managers
  • Collaborate with the global People team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel valued and inspired to do the best work of their career at Neo4j
  • Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee relations situations
  • Take a hands-on approach to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
