Summary

Join Aledade as a Senior Director, Process Optimization and lead the development of a unified, automated, and AI-enabled analytics infrastructure for Provider Network (PN) Operations. Collaborate with various teams to architect and implement scalable data pipelines, integrating operations, contract, financial, and performance data. Establish transparent, real-time reporting capabilities across the national network, supporting PN Operations' transition to intelligent automation and data-driven insights. This role reports to the Vice President, Provider Network Operations and requires strong operations knowledge, expertise in data architecture, API integration, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will champion a governance framework prioritizing quality, automation, and continuous improvement, leveraging tools like Tableau, Salesforce, and AI models. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact healthcare operations through scalable systems that improve outcomes and transparency.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in data analytics, including 8+ years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide data architecture and analytics modernization projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, Dataverse, and building automated workflows
  • Experience with API-driven data integration and LLM-powered tools for reporting and analysis
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to travel up to 5%-10% of the time, as needed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business owner and subject matter expert in the design and implementation of a centralized infrastructure to connect operations, contract, financial, and Practice Transformation Specialist processes
  • Partner with Product, Business Intelligence, and Customer Success to build scalable, API-integrated pipelines enabling cross-system interoperability
  • Champion a governance framework that prioritizes quality, automation, and continuous performance improvement
  • Leverage Tableau, Salesforce, and Artificial Intelligence models to automate real-time reporting, visualization, and insight generation
  • Establish the requirements for a transparent performance tracking system that aligns clinical, operational, contractual, and financial outcomes
  • Partner with Product to drive adoption of AI-based automation tools to eliminate process bottlenecks and enhance operational efficiency across Provider Network Operations
  • Implement and maintain role-based access and monitor tool adoption across the Provider Network team
  • Collaborate with People and Customer Success teams to embed performance literacy and reporting best practices into onboarding and training
