Summary
Join Thirty Madison as a Senior Director of Product Management - Care Technology and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology. You will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, clinical tooling, and pharmacy operations platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare technology or EHR space
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, Computer Science). MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including EHR systems, clinical workflows, and pharmacy operations
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.) and standards
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our EHR, clinical tooling, and pharmacy operations
- Lead the product management team to achieve business goals, fostering innovation, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating product development timelines
- Work closely with engineering, clinical, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product strategies align with company goals
- Incorporate user feedback and market research into product development to ensure our solutions meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure product development processes are efficient and scalable
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the product management team
- Ensure our products comply with healthcare regulations and standards, prioritizing patient safety and data security in all product decisions
