Summary
Join Algolia as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive and spearhead growth in the French travel, telco, FSI, and media markets. You will manage and expand a sales pipeline, prospect key accounts, and build strong customer relationships to close deals. This role requires strong sales experience, particularly in enterprise sales, and the ability to adapt sales strategies to meet diverse customer needs. You will also contribute to defining our sales model and represent Algolia as the front line of our revenue growth. We value resilience, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach. Requirements
- You love building human relationships and believe that a happy customer is our best evangelist
- Natural understanding of the sales process
- 6-8+ years of experience in a closing role (esp. in Enterprise sales and if you have worked with CAC 40 companies and strategy system integrators such as Cap Gemini or Accenture in the past)
- Multi-tasker who can adapt to changing situations
- Willingness to speak at events/conferences
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a sales pipeline within your list of Enterprise Accounts
- Strategic prospecting into key accounts and verticals
- Communicating transparently both internally and externally
- Turning inbound and outbound leads into happy Algolia users
- Making every Algolia user a satisfied customer, regardless of the deal size
- Collaborating across teams to better focus customer-facing efforts
- Building compelling demonstrations and sales materials
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling in travel/telco/media/FSI industries
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure)
