Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Summary
Join Axon's Enterprise team as a Senior Account Executive and be a key leader in expanding into new verticals outside of public safety. This is a quota-carrying role focused on selling products and services directly and indirectly to early customers in retail, healthcare, and other sectors. You will collaborate closely with the GM - Enterprise to build the go-to-market strategy and team. The position requires significant travel (50%) and strong sales experience in technology, particularly software and SaaS. Axon offers competitive compensation, including uncapped commissions, discretionary PTO, and a supportive parental leave policy. The role is remote within the US, preferably in the Central or West region, with proximity to a major airport.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years working in sales and/or channel for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, collaboration
- Track record of sales and channel sales success
- Experience with executive level engagements and communication
- Experience with large VARβs and Systems Integrators
- Open to travel 50%
Responsibilities
- Own and build our earliest and largest sales to customers in new verticals at Axon
- Manage and grow revenue and market share to achieve Axonβs strategic objectives
- Build business plans with internal and external stakeholders to drive Axon adoption
- Execute sales training and provide marketing support
- Develop and maintain client and partner relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
- Provide technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup experience
- Location in the Central or West region
- Must live within an hour of a major airport
